Prices, product examples, materials and other details on the website are preliminary information; please confirm the latest details with the company. Submitting a form is a request for the company to contact you or provide a quotation; it is not a purchase order or a confirmation to start production.
Job details, prices, quantities, production time, design approval, deposit and balance payments, changes or cancellations, delivery and the handling of defects are governed by the quotation and the documents or agreements confirmed by both the company and the customer. Before production starts, details must be confirmed and the agreed conditions met.

These terms are governed by Thai law. In the event of a dispute, the company and the customer will try to resolve it through good-faith negotiation; if no agreement can be reached, the matter will be brought before the court with jurisdiction under the law.
The company may update these terms and will announce changes on the website, with the update date shown at the top. Updates do not change the conditions of production orders already agreed, unless the company and the customer agree otherwise.
