This policy explains how the company collects, uses and discloses personal data when providing its services and when you use this website. Visiting the website or submitting a form does not automatically mean that you consent to marketing or to cookies.

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide, such as your name, organization, email address, phone number, LINE ID and the details you enter in the contact or quotation forms, as well as delivery addresses and transaction details when you place an order.
  • Website usage information, such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited and cookies, depending on how each tool works and on your consent settings.

Form submissions are stored in the website management system and sent by email to our team so that we can handle your request. Fields marked * are required; if you do not provide this information, we may not be able to accept your request, contact you or prepare a quotation.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To answer questions, contact you and prepare quotations — to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or for our legitimate interest in responding to general enquiries.
  • To coordinate production and delivery — to perform our contract with you — and to prepare accounting or tax documents as required by law.
  • To maintain the website and prevent spam or fraud, for our legitimate interests, taking your rights and freedoms into account.
  • To analyse website use, measure advertising and carry out marketing, as described in section 3 and subject to your consent. Submitting a quotation form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

3. Cookies and Measurement Tools

  • CookieYes: remembers your consent settings. The cookieyes-consent cookie lasts approximately 1 year.
  • Google Analytics 4: analyses website visits and usage.
  • Google Ads and Meta Pixel: measure advertising and show relevant ads, including remarketing.
  • OpenAI Ads Pixel: measures advertising on ChatGPT, such as visits, LINE clicks and successful quotation form submissions. It uses cookies such as __oppref (an ad-click reference, lasting approximately 30 days) and __obref.
  • Google Tag Manager: manages the installation of the tools above.

OpenAI Ads Pixel has Automatic Advanced Matching enabled. It may read contact details entered in forms, such as name, email address and phone number, and convert them into a one-way code (SHA-256 hash) in your browser before sending them to OpenAI to match advertising results. It may also send country, province or postcode if these are present in the form. This matching is separate from counting quotation form submissions, and hashed data may still be used to match an individual.

Analytics and advertising cookies are stored only after you give consent. Google Consent Mode may send cookieless signals to Google before you consent or if you decline, to estimate overall measurement. Meta Pixel and OpenAI Ads Pixel, including Automatic Advanced Matching, run only when you accept marketing and advertising cookies, and stop sending data when you withdraw consent.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through Cookie Settings at the bottom of every page, or manage cookies in your browser settings. Declining analytics or advertising cookies does not affect your ability to contact us or request a quotation.

4. Retention and Recipients

Contact and quotation information is kept while we handle and follow up your request, until the matter is closed or the information is no longer needed. Customer and production information is kept for the term of the relevant agreement and as reasonably necessary. Accounting, tax and transaction records are kept for the period required by law or the applicable limitation period. When these needs and requirements end, the company deletes, destroys or anonymises the information.

The company uses only the information necessary for each role and purpose, and applies protection measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved.

Recipients may include providers of website, hosting, cloud, email and delivery services, banks or payment providers when there is a transaction, and authorities with legal powers, as well as Google, Meta and OpenAI as described in section 3. The company does not sell or rent personal data for other parties’ marketing.

Some service providers may process information outside Thailand. Any transfer is made in line with the conditions of the law, taking into account the protection standards of the destination, appropriate safeguards, or exceptions that apply to the case. You can ask about retention or recipients using the contact details below.

5. Your Rights and How to Contact Us

You have the right to access and obtain a copy of your personal data, to ask how data was obtained when you did not consent, and to request correction, deletion, objection, restriction of use, receipt or transfer of your data. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in the law.

Please send requests to sales@prayook.com. The company may ask for information needed to verify your identity and will act within the conditions and time limits set by law. If we need to keep data to comply with the law or to establish or defend legal claims, we will explain why. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out lawfully before the withdrawal.
